Racket Stringing

1. How do I book my stringing?

You can either use the booking form on the webpage or contact us directly via email, phone or WhatsApp.

2. Can you pick up and return my racket anywhere?

At the moment these are the areas we cover: Swords, Malahide, Donabate, Lusk, Rush, Skerries, Balrothery, Balbriggan, Julianstown, Laytown.

3. I have specific requirements or would like to discuss my stringing before booking. What can I do? 

Please email us at steen@vikingtennis.ie or give us a call/WhatsApp message on 0871242782. We are always happy to discuss or give advice.

Online Shop

1. I don't see the product I was hoping to see in your online shop. Can you help me find it?

We regularly update our shop with the newest and best equipment and we welcome any feedback on our selection.

If you have a specific request for an item that you don't see in our shop, please email us at steen@vikingtennis.ie and we will get back to you promptly on wether we can source it for you.

2. If I buy a racket in your shop, do I have to pay for it to be stringed as well?

No, all rackets purchased at our shop are delivered with a standard stringing which we provide for free when you buy your racket from us. 

If you require a specific stringing on your new racket, or you would like your racket not to be strung, please email us at steen@vikingtennis.ie as soon as you make the order. 

Shipping

1. Do you ship to all of the Republic of Ireland?

Yes, we do. 

2. Do you ship to outside of the Republic of Ireland?

We currently do not ship to outside the Republic of Ireland.. 

3. What is the delivery cost?

Our standard delivery cost is €6. The delivery cost will be visible on your cart upon check-out. 

4. Can I pick up my order instead of having it sent to me?

Yes, you can pick up the order from our address in Rush, Co. Dublin at no delivery cost. Just select collection upon checkout.

5. What is your delivery time?

We commit to dispatching your order within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email. 

After this, the delivery time is normally 2-3 days, but it will depend on the carrier. 

Payments

1. When do I pay for my racket stringing?

You pay when your racket is returned to you.

2. What type of payment do you accept for your stringing service?

We accept Revolut or cash upon delivery. 

3. What type of payment do you accept for your online shop?

We accept all major credit/debit cards..

Amending, cancelling or returning your order

1. Can I modify/cancel my order?

Contact us at steen@vikingtennis.ie and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Depending on whether the order has shipped, we cannot always guarantee that this is possible. 

2. Can I return products and get a refund if I change my mind after receiving them?

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. In that situation we will refund the full order amount. Please see our Refund policy for more details on refunds.
